Gala

Galas can vary in color but have a very distinctive yellow-orange peel with red stripes. Ideal for snacks, Gala is crispy, juicy and very sweet. Gala is also great for salads, bakeries, pies and sauces. It is harvested from mid-July and is usually available year-round.
